As a foster-based rescue, we can only save animals we have fosters for. These animals need immediate foster placement so we can accept them into RARE.
Higgins is currently at a rural pound. He's a mellow guy who just wants to be close.
Guppy loves everyone and his energy battery is consistently on 5%. He's the dream.
