National Dog Day and RARE Ranch Kick Off!

Celebrating National Dog Day + Kicking Off RARE Ranch

This year’s National Dog Day was one to remember! We hosted not one, but two amazing events to celebrate our favorite four-legged friends and to officially kick off fundraising for RARE Ranch—our future adoption and care center that will expand awareness and accessibility for fosters and adopters in our community.

On Sunday, August 24th, we celebrated at Monday Night Brewing in the Germantown area of Nashville. Adorable puppies made a special appearance, pup cups were a big hit, and our friends at Furever Friends Nashville joined us with their beautiful bandanas and merchandise.

Then, on Tuesday, August 26th, we continued the fun at the 12 South Farmers Market during their “Puppy Play Date” feature. Several RARE Alumni came by to show their support (and show off how much they’ve grown since adoption!). It was heartwarming to see so many familiar faces and wagging tails.

Both events were filled with joy, community, and hope for the future. We are so grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, support our mission, and help launch the journey toward RARE Ranch. Together, we are building something truly special for animals and the people who love them.
