Saturday, May 17th, we celebrated a monumental milestone—10 years of Rural Animal Rescue Effort (RARE)—with an unforgettable anniversary event filled with sunshine, joy, and the heartwarming presence of so many RARE alumni and supporters. It was a beautiful day in every sense of the word.

Adopters, fosters, and friends gathered to mark a decade of saving lives. Many brought their beloved RARE dogs to join the festivities, and seeing these happy, healthy pups with their forever families was the greatest gift of all. From big smiles to tail wags and joyful reunions, the love in the air was palpable.

It was especially meaningful to see our current foster dogs enjoying the day, meeting new people, and showing off just how special they are. For them, this was more than an event—it was a chance to find their future families.
